Los Cerritos Center is located in the mid-section of the Los Angeles/Orange County metropolitan area, strategically located just off the 605 freeway at South Street and across from Cerritos Auto Square, the most successful regional auto mall in the world. Los Cerritos Center boasts over 180 stores and restaurants including Apple, Abercrombie & Fitch, AX Armani Exchange, Banana Republic, bebe, California Pizza Kitchen, Coach, GUESS, Metropark, Nordstrom, Sephora and an 86,000 square foot Forever 21 department store.
 
In May 2010 Los Cerritos Center made way for a highly anticipated new Nordstrom; the 138,000 square foot department store includes a Cafe Bistro and eBar. As part of the development 36,500 square feet of new in-line shops were added featuring a retailer line up of Apple, True Religion Brand Jeans, Love Culture, Foreign Exchange and M▪A▪C Cosmetics. Retail demand continues to be strong at Los Cerritos as several new tenants are anticipated for 2011, including the opening of new restaurants Lazy Dog Cafe and new concept Stacked Food Well Built.
